Lead incident response and conduct RCAs Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer in Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Operate and evolve Kubernetes clusters (EKS) in production within the client's environment, including upgrades, tuning, autoscaling (HPA/VPA/KEDA), and resource management. Ensure container infrastructure complies with security controls required by internal audit, Bacen, and PCI\-DSS standards. Define and monitor service SLOs/SLIs, focusing on availability of critical systems (core banking, payment APIs, digital channels). Design and maintain observability pipelines (metrics, logs, tracing) with retention and auditability compliant with regulatory requirements. Lead incident response (on\-call), conduct RCAs, and ensure traceability of corrective actions for audit purposes. Implement and maintain Kubernetes security controls: RBAC, network policies, secrets management, image scanning, and admission controllers. Collaborate with client development, information security, and compliance teams during architecture reviews and change management. Produce technical documentation, control evidence, and runbooks aligned with the client's internal processes. Bachelor's degree required.
