Job Summary: Optimize internal processes of HUB and the HUB ERP by modeling, monitoring, and continuously improving workflows based on data, automation, and integrations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to optimize systems and integrate departments Ensure efficiency and scalability of HUB’s and HUB ERP’s internal processes by modeling, monitoring, and continuously improving workflows — based on data, automation, and integrations. The focus is to translate operations into measurable and optimizable processes, reducing bottlenecks and strengthening integration across departments and systems (especially OMIE and the internal ERP). **What will you do daily?** * Map and design business processes using BPMN and modeling tools. * Diagnose operational bottlenecks, especially those related to data flows, automation, and integrations. * Build dashboards and process performance analyses in Power BI or equivalent tools. * Collaborate with product and technology teams to propose optimizations and automations (via scripts, APIs, databases, or low-code tools). * Validate and audit the consistency of data used in automations and reports. * Create and maintain technical and process documentation. * Actively participate in the continuous improvement and quality cycle of HUB ERP modules. **Required Technical Skills:** * BPMN 2\.0 — end-to-end process modeling. * Database (SQL) — reading, querying, and interpreting data (SELECT, JOIN, aggregations, views). * Power BI (or equivalent) — data modeling, DAX, relationships, and dashboards. * Familiarity with ETL concepts and data pipelines. * Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript). * REST APIs — understanding of structure and basic consumption (requests, endpoints, payloads, etc.). * Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — use of formulas, pivot tables, and automations. **Technical Differentiators:** * Knowledge of ERP system integrations (OMIE). * No-code / Low-code — experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar. * Experience in corporate data modeling. * Experience in data auditing and governance. * Understanding of process UX (improving internal experience and operational fluidity). **Desired Profile** * Analytical mindset and focus on operational performance. * Technical autonomy to propose and implement improvements. * Strong cross-departmental communication (business, technology, finance). * Technical curiosity and ability to learn quickly. * Systemic vision: understands cause-and-effect relationships between process, data, and outcome. **What Hub Offers:** * Fixed monthly salary (CLT employment) * Flexible benefits card Caju — Visa-branded (Meal allowance | Transportation allowance | Culture allowance) * Co-payment health plan Unimed (with monthly fee support after probation period) * Educational subsidy for courses and certifications. * Wellhub * Conexa Saúde * Psicologia Viva * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Pet-friendly office **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM\.
