Job Description \-You will be responsible for carrying out engineering development activities, studying implementation possibilities for new assets according to demands, detailing alternatives, and presenting and guiding trade\-offs for decision-making. Prepare documents based on decisions made and investment and timeline estimates. Detail projects for construction, including procurement packages and making information available to other areas. Provide on-site leadership to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, schedule, and achievement of HSE, sustainability, and cost indicators. **Main responsibilities include:** * Lead teams/contractors responsible for resettlement works, ensuring achievement of production targets, safety, sustainability, and contract performance indicators. * Prepare and issue supplier procurement documentation, including technical specifications, quantity spreadsheets, and measurement and payment criteria. * Manage engineering projects, including budgets, schedules, material procurement, measurements, contracting, and management of third-party companies. * Conduct engineering studies and propose construction alternatives aligned with area demands. * Interface with engineering design firms to define optimal construction solutions. * Participate in technical visits with suppliers to present projects and define equipment, recording minutes along with procurement documentation. * Participate in the technical evaluation of supplier proposals and issue final technical assessment for contracting. * Ensure project details are properly defined and technical documents are issued in coordination with suppliers and designers. * Review drawings and technical documents issued by contracted engineering firms, ensuring adherence and compliance with requirements. * Ensure all project phases are recorded in Project Wise (PW), BIM, or Aconex tools for document control and version updates. * Monitor and supervise field services, conduct follow\-up meetings with contractors, prepare progress reports, and propose action and mitigation plans. * Monitor teams/contractors responsible for maintenance and renovation of constructed assets for relocated families and public facilities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and warranty deadlines. **Qualifications \-The ideal candidate profile includes:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields * Active CREA registration and ART issuance (role and function) * MBA or Postgraduate degree (desirable) * Advanced English (desirable) * Proficiency in Office Suite (required) * Management tools: MS Project (desirable), Power BI (desirable), BIM (advantageous), AutoCAD (required) Required experience: * Experience in infrastructure and/or resettlement projects, with direct field involvement * Experience managing contracts and suppliers, including preparation of technical documentation * Prior experience working on multidisciplinary projects and interfacing with designers and suppliers * Knowledge of construction supervision, quality control, and safety procedures * Experience with project control and documentation tools (PW, BIM, Aconex, or similar) **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are committed to making our beliefs and values a reality.
