Job Description
\-As an Automation Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for maintaining virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V or similar), physical and virtual servers, backup routines, databases, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Programming, monitoring, and configuring PLCs (Rockwell), SCADA systems, and networks.
* Implementing and monitoring **cybersecurity best practices**, assessing vulnerabilities, applying patches and backup routines, and executing DRP plans.
* Developing programs/reports within automation systems.
* Monitoring and resolving automation-related issues (networks/SCADA, servers, and PLCs).
* Maintaining and managing the Automation Industrial Data Center (IDC).
* Configuring networks (DeviceNet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
* Contributing to the definition of **technical standards, process documentation, and contingency plans.**
* Providing support to Maintenance and Operations via control systems.
* Complying with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Integrity policies and procedures.
**Qualifications
\-The profile we seek for this position:**
* Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or Robotics.
* Professional registration.
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, cybersecurity fundamentals, and virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V or similar).
* Technical knowledge of Windows and Linux servers.
* Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with Power BI is desirable.
* Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related technologies is desirable.
