Focus on predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance Perbras seeks committed professionals with initiative to deliver results at the assigned facility. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assemble/disassemble, install/uninstall, diagnose, delineate, replace components, test, clean, preserve, and perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on: electric motors, transformers, generators, circuit breakers, heaters, low- and high-voltage protection and control panels, Motor Control Centers (MCC), control panels, power supply panels, grounding panels, cables, resistors, junction boxes, panel-to-field interface components, electrical components and devices of material handling equipment, emergency generators, industrial and commercial lighting systems, among others. * Read and interpret schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, control and power diagrams, junction boxes, and control panels where services will be performed. * Perform low- and medium-voltage electrical connections and electrical measurements, such as current, voltage, and insulation resistance. * Disconnect, remove, install, reconnect, megger, and verify cable integrity. * Verify and calibrate instruments, sensors, and protective relays. * Test operation of equipment, panels, and electrical devices. * Pack, unpack, and handle equipment, spare parts, consumables, and tools. * Perform minor mechanical repairs and component fastening for systems and installations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical training in electroelectronics, electromechanics, or electrotechnics from an institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), with registration in the respective professional council. * Experience in electrical maintenance of industrial equipment at oil and natural gas production facilities or oil and natural gas processing plants. * Desired: Training in Electrical Installations in Explosive Atmospheres to comply with NBR-IEC-60079 requirements. * Mandatory: NR-10 Basic Course (40 hours) and NR-35. * Desired: NR-33 – Confined Space – Watchman and Authorized Worker (with valid refresher courses). However, it currently operates branches in Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Sergipe, Rio Grande do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Ceará, and Pará states. **Petroleum Production Rigs (PPRs) – Business Units** The first activity undertaken by Perbras, onshore operations with PPRs – Petroleum Production Rigs – is the specialty of the company’s technical staff, who have been continuously stimulated, trained, and developed over the years across diverse areas to meet multifaceted client, market, and societal demands. We operate terrestrial petroleum production rigs with capacities ranging from 60,000 lb to 300,000 lb, capable of performing any type of intervention in oil and natural gas wells, adhering to principles of Quality, Safety, and Environmental Protection. **Other Services (OS) – Business Units** By the late 1990s, having already consolidated its position in the Brazilian PPR market, Perbras decided to expand its portfolio by offering additional services along the petroleum industry’s production chain. Its first contract for Sonolog and Dynamometer services—measuring production levels, diagnosing sucker rods and well pumps—was launched under the designation “Other Services” to differentiate it from the company’s core business. “Other Services” enabled Perbras to serve Petrobras and other clients across diverse segments, challenging its technical and managerial staff to continually acquire new skills and knowledge to deliver services with the same quality already proven in the PPR market. Some of the services provided by Perbras: * Maintenance and assembly of onshore and offshore equipment; * Hot oil and hot water circulation in wells; * Steam circulation in wells and facilities (mobile boiler); * Flow measurement in injection and water intake wells; * QSMS services; * Industrial assembly; * Blasting and painting; * Thermal insulation; * Slickline unit (onshore and offshore); * Sonolog and dynamometer logging; * Complementary offshore platform operations; * Support at petroleum and natural gas port terminals; * Flow meter verification and calibration; * Planning, control, and mechanical maintenance of dynamic equipment; * Support for vessel and rescue operations on offshore platforms, etc. **Perbras Integrated Management** Perbras currently holds certifications based on NBR ISO 9001 (Quality), OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and NBR ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). We are certified by the American Petroleum Institute (API) under API 4F as manufacturers of Petroleum Production Rigs. Perbras provides on-demand services for drilling, production, and maintenance of oil wells and related activities—with or without equipment supply—as well as maintenance of equipment used in these operations.
