Focus on results and achievement of targets **Opportunity at Freitas!** **SDR Sales Representative** **Location:** Store 18 – Feira de Santana (BA) **Responsibilities:** * Active prospecting of new customers within the segment; * Conducting wholesale sales; * Identifying commercial opportunities through market research, phone calls, and social media; * Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings to convert into sales; * Providing consultative service to wholesale customers (CNPJs, resellers, and retailers); * Presenting and negotiating products with emphasis on volume and profitability; * Order follow-up and post-sales support to foster customer loyalty; * Organizing and pricing products in the wholesale section; * Logistical support in picking and verifying merchandise for large volumes; * Active participation in promotional and incentive campaigns; * Meeting weekly and monthly targets for prospecting, conversion, and revenue. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in SDR sales or wholesale sales; * Communicative, persuasive profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Proficiency with technology and CRM systems is considered a plus; * Organized, proactive, and team-oriented. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance (voluntary enrollment); * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Discount on store products; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Crescer Program (internal development); * Corporate Incentive Program.
