Job Summary: We are seeking a member for our operations team, responsible for assisting in the safe production and packaging of fertilizers, ensuring product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Come make a difference with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for general cleaning and organization of the factory; assisting with labeling of packaging; cleaning and preparing trucks; organizing and calling trucks for loading; filling bags with fertilizers using specific equipment; loading bagged cargo onto trucks; collecting samples; sealing packages; sealing trucks; receiving raw materials for unloading into their respective bays; monitoring product unloading on conveyor belts; and ensuring they operate correctly. * Monitor the performance of production area equipment; * Perform duties pertinent to the position; * Maintain equipment and adjacent areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Experience with fertilizers is a plus. **Additional Information** To proceed with our evaluation process, please complete the activities on the Jobcoach platform via the link below. https://www.jobcoach.com.br/empresas/ac.aspx?ProcessId\=8PYHwT%2fIeJNz2GGR7ZeX0Q%3d%3d We are Cibra, one of the largest and most innovative fertilizer companies in Brazil.
