Customer Service/Sales - ACM Santo Amaro (11 a.m. to 8 p.m. ...)
The professional will work at ACM São Paulo – Santo Amaro Unit, where they will receive members and the general public, providing information, resolving inquiries, guiding on procedures, processing registrations, completing proposals, handling payments, and accompanying visitors while showing them the facilities, in order to deliver excellent service to members and the general public visiting the Institution.
**Responsibilities**:
* Provide telephone and/or in-person customer service to members and the general public, with the aim of informing them about the Institution and its programs.
* Register new members, complete specific forms, take photographs, and issue membership cards.
* Receive visitors and/or members, accompany them and show them the Unit’s facilities, indicating departments and activities carried out.
* Perform various system updates, update members’ registration data, register automatic debit arrangements, and generate reports.
* Open and close the cash register daily, record transactions, receive payments, and prepare documents and spreadsheets.
* Be responsible for all funds received at the cash register during their working shift.
* Contact members with outstanding financial obligations, collect overdue amounts, and negotiate debts.
* Conduct telemarketing activities related to collections, plan renewals, and after-sales support.
* Carry out administrative and routine tasks.
* Prepare a daily sales summary spreadsheet and forward it to the Social Membership Promotion Department.
**Requirements:**
* Completed High School education.
* Experience in customer service/sales areas.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
**Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays and holidays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; days off according to rotating schedule.
