Job Summary: This Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, monitoring performance indicators, preparing budgets, and supporting strategic decisions in Bahia. Support for investment decisions, cost reduction, and expansion **Position: Financial Analyst \- Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA** \#1077 **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement); * Monitor financial and performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks, variances, and improvement opportunities; * Prepare and monitor the budget, financial projections, and scenarios; * Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support executive leadership; * Conduct cost, profitability, and margin analyses by product, customer, or project; * Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements; * Support decisions related to investments, cost reduction, and expansion; * Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Controller departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations; * Analyze financial impacts of tax or operational changes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Prior experience in finance; * Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, cost management, and performance indicators; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced level); * Must work onsite in Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA.
