With an encouraging and supportive work environment, R2T strives to ensure its employees learn to function as one unified family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and corporate recognition. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remotely) * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computers * Install and configure software and operating systems * Assist in network administration (internet, printers, etc.) * Manage and organize IT equipment * Monitor and log technical service requests * Configure and maintain computers, routers, and network devices * Assist in network installation and maintenance (cabling, switches, Wi-Fi) * Log and monitor technical service requests * Create and manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a technical or undergraduate program in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches) * Familiarity with computer hardware and maintenance * Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite * Strong communication and organizational skills **Salary and benefits:** Salary: R$ 2\.087,08 Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 (per day); Transportation allowance; TotalPass. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM; 44 hours per week.
