**Description:** **To excel, you must have:** Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; Experience in the Industrial sector; Experience in slaughterhouses will be a differentiator; Experience in People Management; Knowledge of SAP system; Proficiency in Office Suite; Availability to work on-site in Castelo/ES. **Here’s how you will contribute to the Maintenance team:** Supervising the work team, planning and monitoring the execution of preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance activities, following up, directing and guiding the handling of maintenance requests, performing purchases, developing preventive maintenance projects, ensuring that the production process occurs within standards of efficiency, safety, quality, and productivity; Receiving maintenance service requests through the system and distributing tasks to the work team according to needs, guaranteeing the achievement of established goals and targets; Participating in internal and external quality system audits related to your area of responsibility, as well as identifying non-conformities, with the aim of implementing corrective actions to meet company requirements; Planning, guiding and controlling industrial maintenance activities, scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring maintenance execution and providing technical guidance to workers, aiming to contribute to the production process. 251119020246578864
