Join\-us! **Learn More About Wilson Sons!** Website: www.wilsonsons.com.br Instagram: wilsonsons Facebook: pt\-br.facebook.com/WilsonsonsBR LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/company/wilsonsons/ **Responsibilities and Duties*** Ensure the Agreed Service Level for Technology Solutions through monitoring and control of KPIs * Manage departmental procedures and routines to ensure their implementation * Manage the Network and Datacenter environment to guarantee service availability * Lead departmental projects according to Tecon Salvador’s project methodology * Provide Infrastructure and Systems Technical Support via the Service Desk * Manage Information Security in accordance with Corporate Policies and Local Guidelines * Maintain an improvement agenda for systems to meet departmental needs * Ensure solution implementation by tracking tasks defined in activity planning * Report Project Status and IT KPIs to Management for decision support \-Manage your team through daily monitoring of attendance, time banking, vacations, compensatory time off, \-rewards, shift adjustments, days off, performance evaluations, career plans, feedback, and team training — ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of established goals. * Promote and comply with the Integrated Policy and SMS Principles, meet established targets, and ensure adherence to SMS procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Higher Education \- Technology, Engineering, Administration or related fields  * Mandatory Technical Knowledge: Databases Programming Languages Project Management (PMI) Process Definition and Design Key\-User for Systems Projects or *Full\-Stack* Developer with technical leadership in IT projects.
