Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco * Supervise the execution and control of project planning, ensuring achievement of established productivity targets; * Define production strategies to guarantee adherence to client-defined deadlines and company-defined cost estimates; * Monitor the development of the planning BOOK, ensuring completion by the dates specified by the client; * Interact with the client, maintaining an interface to ensure alignment with project priorities; * Participate in and/or schedule routine meetings with the client, ensuring smooth progress across project phases; * Support Contract Coordinators and Managers; * Present measurement forecasts; * Communicate the physical schedule (progress curves) to the client; * Interface with project coordinators and managers to align delivery planning; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Maintain hygiene and organization at the workstation, including cleaning machines, equipment, and tools, and collecting and disposing waste and residues in appropriate containers, in compliance with safety and environmental regulations according to predefined standards; * Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to ensure individual protection in the workplace and prevent accidents, in accordance with company-established regulations. * Technical-level professional in Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, with active professional registration; * Experience in people management; * Solid experience in the field; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of sector-specific KPIs and software.
