




### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and support the sales consultants team, ensuring achievement of individual and collective targets. * Conduct training, provide feedback, and monitor performance. * Plan prospecting strategies for new members and retention of the current client base. * Monitor team productivity and results indicators. * Ensure compliance with sales policies and service standards. * Support management in incentive campaigns and promotional activities. * Control daily reports on visits, proposals, and closed contracts. * Resolve conflicts and promote a motivating and collaborative work environment. * Work in the field alongside the team, accompanying negotiations and visits. ### **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferably higher education in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields). * Previous experience leading sales teams, preferably in vehicle protection, insurance, or group purchasing programs. * Skills in people management and team motivation. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Strong communication, proactivity, and results-driven attitude. * Basic knowledge of CRM and performance reporting is desirable. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
