We are seeking a **Shift Supervisor / TECOP** to join the OFFSHORE team for this project. Work regime: Offshore rotation on a 14x14 schedule **Responsibilities and Duties** The **Shift Supervisor / TECOP** will be responsible for: * Safely and effectively executing and supervising offshore installation and retrieval operations of subsea systems; * Ensuring, jointly with the Surveyor, correct installation coordinates for positioning subsea equipment and systems, thereby guaranteeing compliance with standard and execution procedures defined by the engineering and operations teams, national and international regulations, and industry best practices; * Coordinating deck, ROV, and marine crews during installation, retrieval, and cargo handling maneuvers, ensuring operational discipline and safe work practices; * Maintaining clear and objective communication with the onboard team and offshore leadership (OMT \- Offshore Management Team), ensuring alignment on operational progress, deviations, and potential contingencies; * Ensuring operational quality and safety, and adherence to QSMS policies and practices, including risk assessments, daily safety dialogues (DDS), work permits, safety audits, vessel procedures, etc.; * Supervising the proper assembly, inspection, and use of lifting slings and lifting devices, as well as deck stowage, lashing, and general organization; * Preparing detailed operational analyses and technical reports on subsea system installation and retrieval activities, ensuring information quality and traceability; * Developing lifting plans and preliminary risk analyses (PRA) for items and activities not covered by standard procedures; * Identifying, proposing, and implementing continuous improvement opportunities in operational processes and routines, aiming to optimize resources, reduce risks, and enhance performance; * Representing the contractor onboard the vessel, ensuring technical and operational interface with the client (supervision) and with ROV, deck, and marine teams; * Performing other related duties as assigned by immediate leadership — if required; * Recording and sharing lessons learned and best practices associated with performed activities, promoting continuous improvement within the team and organization; * Guiding and supporting team development, promoting technical knowledge transfer and dissemination of operational best practices, ensuring team alignment with organizational objectives; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering, Oceanography, or related fields * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Prior experience in team leadership, preferably multidisciplinary teams (desirable) * Advanced English proficiency The Consortium Ocyan \& Mota\-Engil was established in 2023 following the award of a strategic contract to Ocyan, in partnership with Portuguese company Mota\-Engil, for the revitalization of Petrobras’ gas network in the Campos Basin.
