Performs basic technical service control, monitors execution times, records service and labor entries in the system, and provides support in customer communications, always under the guidance of the scheduler or responsible manager. Assists in monitoring performance indicators and incidents, relaying information to the technical team to ensure service quality. Supports prioritization of service requests by verifying equipment and tool availability as well as schedule capacity, contributing to adherence to established timelines. Also provides administrative support for departmental routines, maintaining updated records and facilitating communication among the workshop, technicians, and customers.
