RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES Position Description * Schedule and assemble transfer loads for Espaço Smart commercial units, analyzing demand for store mix replenishment and sales. * Contract third-party freight services when necessary to execute scheduled deliveries. * Plan delivery routes, monitor vehicle loading, and ensure all orders scheduled for the day are available and ready to be loaded and dispatched to stores. * Monitor the movement of goods and materials to meet deadlines and ensure administrative and operational processes are fulfilled without impacting company operations. * Generate reports, forms, spreadsheets, and performance indicators established by Logistics Management to meet and achieve all defined targets. * Contribute to quality improvement programs for products, services, and the environment; comply with internal standards and occupational safety regulations. * Participate in team and operations meetings to ensure optimal productivity for the company. Skills and Competencies * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or Management Processes; or currently pursuing such a degree. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (use of formulas); knowledge of pivot tables and macros is desirable. * Experience in warehouse operations (picking, storage, loading/unloading), inventory management, transportation (contracting and documentation), and load routing is desirable. * Experience in analyzing inventory movement data is desirable. * Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable.
