We are looking for a professional to work as a **Tire Mounter Driver**, responsible for **tire mounting and related services**, as well as **driving company vehicles for external customer service**, ensuring service quality, operational safety, and excellence in customer service. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **tire mounting, demounting, balancing, and basic tire services** according to company standards; * Drive **company vehicles** to customers, partners, or other facilities when required; * Ensure the **safety, organization, and maintenance** of vehicles, tools, and equipment used; * Comply with **safety, quality, and operational procedures**; * Support loading, unloading, and material handling activities; * Maintain effective communication with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure alignment and smooth information flow. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary * On-site cafeteria * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Learning platform for self-development
