




Job Summary: An HR Department professional to handle onboarding, manage probationary contracts, organize files and apprenticeship programs, utilizing systems and demonstrating strong organizational skills. Opportunity for professionals with a background in or currently studying HR or Psychology **Responsibilities:** \* Perform onboarding in Senior/Collab system \- Proficiency in operating systems and familiarity with documentation. \* Manage probationary contracts \- Basic Excel skills to create simple spreadsheets. File management \- Organized, methodical, and attentive. Apprentice (AC) management \- Contract handling and issuing school invoices (using Benner system) \* Additional details will be provided during the interview. **Requirements:** \* Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields; \* Prior experience in HR Department is preferred; \* Basic knowledge of Excel.
