Conduct internal and external audits, identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement. Develop and review procedures, work instructions, and other quality-related documents. Coordinate and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness. Promote training and capacity building on quality standards and procedures for employees. Perform statistical analysis of data, identifying trends and proposing process improvements. Stay updated on best practices and trends in the quality field, seeking continuous improvement of internal processes. Collaborate with other company departments to ensure integration of quality management systems with other organizational processes. Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators, presenting results to senior management. Act as a facilitator in resolving quality-related issues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in the role. * Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
