Job Summary: The professional will perform ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections, monitor hygiene and integrity of slaughter lines, record non-conformities, and monitor animal welfare. Monitoring animal welfare **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Perform ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections according to SISE/SIF/SISBI instructions; * Monitor hygiene and integrity of slaughter lines; * Record non-conformities and guide immediate correction with operators; * Monitor animal welfare from arrival through bleeding; * Control temperature, pH, appearance, bruises, and quality parameters; * Complete reports, checklists, and operational spreadsheets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Availability to work flexible hours. **Work Location:** Chacaras Neighborhood (Av.
