Job Summary: A geology professional responsible for 3D modeling, interpretation of geological and geochemical data, and planning of exploration campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. 3D geological modeling and exploratory estimations in specialized software 2. Integration of geological, geochemical, and geophysical data for targeting 3. Collaboration in synergy with multidisciplinary teams **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform 3D geological modeling and exploratory estimations in specialized software (Leapfrog, Datamine, Micromine, or equivalents). * Conduct and interpret lithostructural mapping, integrating surface and subsurface information. * Execute and review lithological and structural logging of drill core samples and field specimens. * Plan, supervise, and interpret geochemical prospecting campaigns (rock, soil, stream sediment). * Create and update exploration lithostructural models to support drill targeting and generation of exploration targets. * Prepare Technical and Regulatory Reports (ANM), ensuring compliance with legal requirements. * Integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to propose consistent exploration targets. * Collaborate in synergy with multidisciplinary teams (Mineral Resources, Mining, SSMA, Surveying, etc.) to align exploration projects with the company's strategic objectives. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in near-mine and brownfield mineral exploration. * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B. * Completed undergraduate degree in Geology with active registration at CREA; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Pontes e Lacerda - MT.
