Professional required to administer systems, lead budget monitoring, analyze forecasts, consolidate results, manage contracts, and optimize operational processes.

Administer the Easy Process system and its integrated applications, such as PDAs, management dashboards, supplier management, audits, and license expiration tracking, ensuring data reliability and process fluidity; perform critical analyses of action plans, propose adjustments, and forward relevant insights to responsible teams;
Conduct detailed cost center monitoring, creating analytical views and Power BI dashboards that support managerial and strategic decision-making; prepare monthly reports and presentations focused on performance, trends, and improvement opportunities, while also reverting qualified insights and inputs to involved teams, directly contributing to alignment and execution of action plans;
Lead the budget forecast monitoring process, performing critical variance analyses and directing corrective actions with involved departments; ensure updating and evolution of the economic\-financial modeling, and develop robust scenarios for strategic decisions;
Perform in-depth analysis of future projections, evaluating impacts on cash flow, profitability, and performance, and consolidating presentation materials for senior management;
Consolidate and present results from the ethanol, animal nutrition, and corn areas, measuring progress, assessing financial capacity, and supporting future planning;
Update the target book based on reports extracted from systems and databases, performing analyses according to defined metrics and reporting to responsible parties;
Create and update corporate reports and presentations;
Develop strategic scenarios and participate in building fraud case studies, reverting relevant insights to involved teams and departments;
Contribute to high-complexity project management within the area, supporting schedule updates, S-curve control, and organization of execution phases; act as guardian of the External Operations and Loss Prevention (NUB, Cascavel, OEPP) project wishlist, consolidating and organizing the list of desired initiatives along with respective cost estimates and project feasibility, structuring information for leadership presentation and approval;
Actively participate in developing and consolidating the third-party warehouse breakage control methodology, focusing on inventory, governance, and compliance with established standards; lead stakeholder coordination to ensure result reconciliation and process consistency; ensure application of the 5S methodology in company-owned warehouses, guaranteeing schedule updates, performance measurements, resource provisioning, and effectiveness tracking of action plans, acting as a continuous improvement agent promoting organization, standardization, and efficiency in logistics environments; act as SAP key user, responsible for controlling operations such as MB058 and monitoring receiving and dispatching reports in warehouses and plants; close service provider and company-owned warehouse breakages and inventories, ensuring data accuracy and compliance; lead information automation initiatives, focusing on reducing manual processes and digitizing operational routines to promote greater efficiency, traceability, and integration across systems and departments;
Manage contracts with third-party warehouse take-or-pay (TOP) clauses, monitoring deadlines, volumes, and deviations from agreed terms to ensure operational compliance and efficiency; conduct in-depth analysis of results and financial impacts, consolidating strategic information to support decision-making, and present analyses to S\&OP forums, contributing proposals and strategies that align planning, operations, and business; manage discount application methodology at grading facilities, including sending rejections and validating discount amounts in payments to service providers, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and guaranteeing transparency and compliance;
Participate in the contracting process via Bidding with grading facilities.
**Requirements:**
Completed undergraduate degree: Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
**Technical Knowledge:**
External operations for grain receiving, storage, and grading;
Loss prevention and non-conformance handling;
Product traceability and quality control;
Monitoring of operational and performance indicators;
Application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures;
Interaction with third-party warehouses and internal departments;
Support for contract management and compliance;
Focus on operational efficiency, loss reduction, safety, and continuous improvement.
