Guarantee of quality and compliance with regulations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Temporary * Register and manage the Technical Responsibility for the Construction (ART); * Interpret project documents and develop executive planning; * Manage construction execution, teams, and outsourced services; * Size teams and control physical\-financial schedules; * Monitor contracts, measurements, deadlines, and construction quality; * Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and procedures; * Keep project files and drawings up to date; * Procure supplies, obtain quotations, issue purchase orders, and control deliveries; * Enforce quality and timeliness of materials and services; * Coordinate logistics and represent the company with suppliers; * Train teams when necessary. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in construction supervision; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel; * Active CREA registration; * Experience in finishing works is a plus; **Benefits:** Gympass, Meal Allowance
