Contribute to the continuous improvement of forestry processes Description: We are seeking a Forestry Technician to work in the field, focusing on quality audits, support to operational teams, and continuous improvement of forestry processes. This position is essential to ensure technical compliance of activities, support team qualification, and contribute to operational efficiency of forestry work fronts. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct field inspections and audits for both in-house and outsourced teams; * Deliver technical training and refresher courses as needed; * Accurately record and report inspection and audit data; * Support the organization of team routines to enhance productivity and optimize resources; * Identify quality deviations in operational processes and propose corrective actions; * Maintain active communication with technical departments and participate in alignment meetings; * Contribute to other related activities within the area as required. Requirements and Qualifications * Technical education in forestry or related field. * Experience with silvicultural techniques and knowledge of sustainable forest management practices; * Knowledge of topography, road construction and maintenance, soil preparation, planting, ant control, and fertilization; * Proficiency in PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Prior experience as a forestry technician or in similar roles. 2511270202401833345
