Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in real-time interventions on 34.5 kV and 13.8 kV distribution networks during unstable conditions, supporting disturbance analysis according to their specific characteristics—based on studies, operational procedures, and regulations—and promptly restoring service while ensuring personal and operational safety, applying safety procedures and verbal operational communication; * Assist in analyzing and dispatching emergency and commercial technical services, allocating tasks to response teams to reduce average travel time and expedite service delivery according to established priorities in procedures, preserving quality indicators and adherence to regulated deadlines; * Guide teams regarding travel logistics and task execution to optimize available human and infrastructure resources; * Assist in analyzing and issuing real-time documents for scheduled outages, emergencies, and urgent cases in the Distribution System; * Record incidents in distribution operation systems, as well as services performed by emergency technical teams and commercial technical service teams, for indicator calculations; * Register equipment anomalies in distribution networks using specific software; * Assist in developing and executing emergency switching operations and timely circuit recovery to minimize impacts on customers; * Stay updated on operational documentation; * Assist in executing scheduled outage processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines set by regulatory authorities and enabling maintenance and network improvement works; * Remotely operate automated reclosers on 34.5 kV and 13.8 kV networks via telecontrol, and guide field electricians on reconnection maneuvers following disturbances and isolation for maintenance; * Detect anomalies in the electrical system, communication, supervision, and control systems; intervene when possible and notify responsible departments if necessary; * Keep supervisors and on-call personnel informed about occurrences and contingencies affecting the Distribution Electrical System; * Inform the shift replacement of all relevant events, pending items, and ongoing switching operations during shift handover; * Contribute to improving team qualification and professional development; * Ensure personal safety, team safety, distribution network equipment safety, and customer safety; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrotechnology. * Possession of CRT identification card. **Additional Information** Our PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
