Description
**Main responsibilities:**
Perform receiving, inspection, and storage activities for materials, ensuring accurate physical and system-based item registration;
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and received materials to ensure compliance with specifications and quantities;
Record and monitor movements in the system (SAP), ensuring data reliability;
Organize and store materials appropriately, adhering to standardization, identification, and safety criteria;
Conduct and execute inventory counts, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records;
Identify opportunities to optimize inventory and internal logistics management;
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, organization standards, and operational best practices;
Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations departments to ensure efficient fulfillment of requirements.
**Prerequisites:**
Completed technical education or ongoing/completed higher education in Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields;
Familiarity with SAP system;
Experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, and material control activities;
Knowledge of warehousing processes and inventory management;
Experience conducting inventories and maintaining accuracy (physical vs. system);
Availability to work rotating shifts.
