Come grow with us and build together a more prosperous society **Responsibilities and duties** Portfolio management: Responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of members predominantly composed of legal entities (PJ), fulfilling the established commercial agenda and offering financial solutions tailored to their needs, selling products and services aligned with established targets, aiming to achieve strategic planning goals. Prospecting: Prospecting new members by conducting portfolio potential analyses, understanding the member’s business activity, level of indebtedness, and conducting external visits to expand membership, meet targets, and ensure the financial security of the branch. Participating in external events aimed at prospecting new members and increasing the portfolio within responsible segments. Registration: Keeping member records updated, identifying and requesting documentation when necessary for renewal, receiving and controlling such documentation to ensure proper operation registration, member history tracking, and identification of new business opportunities. Delinquency collection: Managing the collection process for credit operations in cases of default, acting within negotiation timeframes, defining strategies and measures to resolve situations and prevent judicial involvement, aiming to ensure recovery of lent capital and maintain financial health for both the business and the member. Technical support: Contributing to the functional training of Business Assistants, providing technical support in system usage and necessary activities to support the portfolio, ensuring member satisfaction and achievement of portfolio planning and targets. Member service: Providing service to members and other interested parties, both at Cooperative premises and during external visits or community events where Sicredi participates, identifying member needs according to their profile, offering products and services, and presenting necessary technical specifications, advantages, and other features to finalize negotiations and meet established targets. Relationship programs: Supporting the promotion of Relationship Programs and encouraging member participation. Portfolio size (recommended): Managing portfolios for micro and small enterprises and mixed portfolios in small branches, aiming to provide differentiated and targeted service to the target audience. \#LI\-JS4 **Requirements and qualifications** * Education level: Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge areas: Knowledge of financial products and services, credit cooperativism, basic economics, general law for micro and small enterprises (basic), negotiation, member focus, communication, ease with technology, service orientation; * ANBIMA: CPA\-20 certification required.
