**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of the services; * Occupational Safety Standards; * Construction Technical Standards; * Pipeline Installation; * Microsoft Office Suite. **EDUCATION** * **Education Level: Technician in Quality Assurance, Pipeline Inspection, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, or other related fields.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitoring production scheduling control (planned vs. actual); * Recording major inefficiencies and delays of the Contractor in Daily Phase Reports; * Recording any irregularities identified at the worksite in Daily Phase Reports; * Collaborating with Supervision on Construction & Pipeline Installation activities; * Collaborating with Supervision in certifying field service execution through signing quality reports; * Verifying calibration of standard instruments; * Inspecting coatings — painting, insulation, refractories, etc.; * Verifying compliance of procedures with Construction and Pipeline Installation standards and contractual requirements; * Technical supervision of Construction & Pipeline Installation services; * Supervising field service execution in accordance with contractual requirements; * Collaborating with Supervision in applying Technical Checklists and SMS-related aspects; * Certifying field service execution through signing quality reports; * Verifying painting procedures; * Developing project schedules, defining deadlines and phases to ensure achievement of established goals; * Monitoring and tracking ongoing projects, identifying and reporting deviations from the plan; * Analyzing activity performance against efficiency and effectiveness indicators, proposing improvements when necessary; * Identifying and allocating required resources (human, material, and financial) for planned activities; * Collecting and organizing relevant data for planning purposes, such as market information, project history, and operational needs; * Producing periodic reports on project status, presenting information on progress, costs, and deadlines; * Identifying potential risks associated with project planning and execution, proposing mitigation strategies; * Analyzing existing processes and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and productivity; * Supporting planning meetings by providing information and analyses to aid decision-making; * Interacting with various teams and departments to align planning objectives with operational needs; * Creating and monitoring performance indicators to measure planning and project execution effectiveness; * Updating planning documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible; * Analyzing project-related costs, contributing to budget preparation and financial forecasting; * Training and capacity-building to enhance knowledge of planning and control techniques; * Supporting implementation and use of software tools for project management and planning; * Ensuring control over production scheduling, as well as procurement (raw materials and other inputs); * Processing technical information in records and preparing control charts and reports; * Monitoring, controlling, and updating the physical schedule, resources, milestones, performance indicators, KPIs, histograms, activity sequencing, etc.; * Developing and implementing the monitoring and control process for production scheduling (line-of-balance, KPIs, schedule activities, workload volume, adherence to schedule); * Developing and implementing the monitoring and control process for production scheduling for shutdown services, per work shift; * Evaluating action plans for deviations in planning documents and monitoring and controlling implementation of corrective actions; * Verifying third-party measurements of construction services; * Preparing technical performance reports for Contractors. **About CAPCO:** At Capco, we foster an inclusive culture.
