Your responsibilities will include: * **Risk Management:** Develop and implement the PGR (Risk Management Program) and support the PCMSO. * **Training:** Conduct onboarding and training on NRs (NR\-01, NR\-05, NR\-06, NR\-35, etc.). * **Inspections:** Perform regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions. * **CIPA:** Guide and monitor CIPA and SIPAT processes and meetings. * **PPEs:** Manage PPE distribution, inventory, and enforce proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment. * **Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date medical records, CATs (Work Accident Reports), and accident indicators. What We’re Looking For (Requirements): * **Education:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * **Professional Registration:** Active registration with the Ministry of Labor (MTE). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in NRs (Regulatory Standards) and social security legislation. * **Profile:** Strong communication skills, educator mindset (able to guide rather than merely impose), and organizational ability. * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting).
