Monitor market developments and prepare reports. **Job Description:** ---------------------- We seek a proactive individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join an agile team focused on securing optimal procurement opportunities and operational performance. Key responsibilities:. \- Support negotiations with grain and input suppliers and producers, contributing to optimized procurement and supply conditions; \- Prospect and support maintenance of the supplier portfolio, strengthening initial commercial relationships; \- Daily monitoring of grain and input market prices and movements, identifying relevant fluctuations and opportunities; \- Prepare concise reports on market behavior and support sharing information with management; \- Field visits accompanied by more experienced professionals to monitor production, evaluate suppliers, and assist in identifying new opportunities; \- Ensure basic commercial presence across the portfolio, supporting achievement of volume, quality, and cost targets; \- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and administration) to align requirements and support contract execution; \- Conduct preliminary identification of supply-related risks and report them to management for analysis and decision-making. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Technician, Business Administration, or related fields. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Knowledge of Agribusiness * SAP knowledge **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- VA (Meal Allowance) after probation period, amounting to R$227.00 **Work Location:** ---------------------- Rondonópolis/MT **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
