**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** Responsible for the commercial management of the product and service portfolio within a designated geographic region, including developing commercial strategies, offering, maintaining, and/or expanding available products and services, broadening the membership scope, focusing on financial results, as well as planning goals and monitoring performance indicators—aiming to increase market share, improve performance, and support organizational growth through economies of scale, continuous improvement, and business sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand business operations and strengthen regional presence. * Support and guide commercial teams in offering products and services to achieve established targets. * Monitor performance indicators, commercial results, and portfolio evolution within the assigned region. * Identify market opportunities and support strategic initiatives aimed at growth and enhanced competitiveness. * Ensure proper dissemination, implementation, and use of products, services, and tools provided by Sicoob. * Conduct training sessions, provide guidance, and share knowledge with commercial teams. * Assess regional market and competitive landscapes, proposing strategic actions in collaboration with internal departments. * Promote integration and alignment across teams, reinforcing organizational culture and results orientation. * Ensure process compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and current legislation. * Support the Board of Directors in defining strategies, targets, and opportunities for developing new segments and businesses. * Monitor indicators related to operational efficiency, membership growth, and cooperative asset development. * Contribute to the development of the commercial organization by proposing improvements, methodologies, and practices geared toward sustainable performance and growth. * Design and monitor initiatives aimed at increasing membership and strengthening the cooperative value proposition. * Continuously develop the team’s technical and behavioral competencies through ongoing training and strategic alignment. **Work Locations:** * Tangará da Serra/MT * Mirassol d'Oeste/MT * Nova Olímpia/MT * Arenápolis/MT * São José dos Quatro Marcos/MT * Barra do Bugres/MT * Denise/MT **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * MBA in Business Management, Financial Management, or related areas. * Experience leading teams. * Experience in commercial management and business development within the financial sector. * Knowledge of financial products and services. * Understanding of the financial market, credit cooperatives, and applicable legislation. * Knowledge of strategic management and team development. * Familiarity with regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA. * ANBIMA C\-PRO R certification. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Interpersonal communication skills, leadership, organizational ability, and strategic vision. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in regional management within credit cooperatives. * Experience implementing market expansion strategies and commercial development initiatives. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * ANBIMA C\-PRO I certification. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Reading allowance, Therapy allowance, Day Off, Annual profit-sharing, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Wellhub
