Promotion of cooperative education and social responsibility **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Not Specified Main Responsibilities: * Analyze and provide support to foster initiatives contributing to the economic and social development of the cooperative development unit. * Analyze and implement the action plan (focusing on lower-complexity area demands – Junior level) and structure projects requested in the areas of organizational development and social base development, with emphasis on social investment and strategic initiatives of member institutions. * Implement, monitor, and track actions related to project execution together with the central organization of operation and its respective affiliated institutions (as per received guidance/supervision – Junior level). * Provide advisory support (Junior level) to the Executive Board upon request. * Support and/or organize, as required by the institution(s) under supervision, activities (actions, projects, and requests) of the Sicoob Institute. * Promote differentiated conduct toward members and/or the community, while encouraging them to engage in cooperative education activities. Carry out cooperative development and social responsibility initiatives. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Social Work, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields (Cooperative Development, Cooperativism, Cooperative Management). * Certification: CPA or C-Pro R preferred * Mandatory: CNH (Brazilian National Driver's License) Technical Knowledge: * Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) * Knowledge of administrative processes/systems and services. * Change Management Strategies. * Strategic Planning Tools * Project Management. * Social Investment and Sector-Specific Strategies. * Activities and Initiatives of the Third Sector. * Action Planning / Process Improvement Implementation. * Institutional/Functional Integration and Identity (Sicoob). * Cooperative System **Benefits:** No benefits specified
