Job Summary: Operator of tractors and equipment for earthwork services, grading, soil compaction, and material handling, ensuring equipment maintenance and compliance with safety regulations. Assist in opening and maintaining site access routes and work fronts **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Temporary * Operate tractors and attached equipment to perform earthwork, grading, and soil compaction. * Perform material handling, loading, and transportation of materials such as soil, sand, gravel, and debris. * Assist in opening and maintaining site access routes, trenches, and work fronts. * Execute tasks according to project specifications, technical instructions, and construction schedules. * Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper maintenance and perform basic maintenance tasks. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, use of PPE, and operational procedures. * Report any mechanical abnormalities or unsafe conditions to supervisors. * Support other construction activities as required **Requirements:** * Completed high school education, * Construction site experience, * Basic mechanical knowledge **Benefits:** Meal allowance
