Description

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for displaying merchandise, restocking points of sale, promoting products, managing promotional materials and inventory, preparing reports, and ensuring safety and ethics. Perform attractive merchandise display at strategic sales points, including price tags; 2. Restock sales points, shelves, and counters, and assist customers in stores and markets; 3. Promote merchandise sales by demonstrating product functionality, offering samples for tasting or distribution, informing customers about product features and purchase advantages, and highlighting promotional items; 4. Install promotional materials according to established campaigns, maintaining care for such materials (especially displays) to indicate that the product is on promotion; 5. Photograph points of sale and forward images to the sales team; 6. Conduct merchandise inventory for restocking; check product expiration dates and remove items with critical or expired dates from shelves; 7. Prepare sales, promotion, demonstration, and price research reports; 8. Perform tasks using appropriate materials, tools, and predefined routines; 9. Carry out tasks in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; 10. Maintain a clean and complete uniform, strictly prohibiting its use by individuals outside the company; 11. Ensure individual and collective safety by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) during task execution; 12. Maintain periodic contact with the sales team and RCA to gather relevant information; 13. Keep work areas and equipment organized and clean, following company standards; 14. Maintain ethical conduct both inside and outside the workplace to protect personal and company image; 15. Collaborate with various departments across the company to support achievement of corporate strategies; 16. Maintain positive relationships with colleagues to foster cooperation and camaraderie; 17. Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of company equipment and assets; 18. Perform other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
