We seek an **Accounting Analyst** with an analytical, organized, and quality-oriented profile to join our team. **Job Mission** Execute and review accounting processes with accuracy and technical depth, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality deliverables, and consultative support to the office's clients. **Main Responsibilities** Perform full accounting bookkeeping (journal, ledger) in accordance with the chart of accounts, standards (CPC/IFRS), and applicable legislation; Carry out accounting reconciliations of balance sheet accounts: cash, banks, customers, suppliers, inventory, fixed assets, among others; Perform monthly provisions, depreciation, amortization, and adjustments, contributing to the accounting closing process; Prepare and review financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, and Explanatory Notes; Support the preparation of management reports, variance analyses, indicators, and trends; Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations (SPED Accounting/Fiscal, audits, and reviews); Monitor updates to applicable accounting and regulatory standards; Interact directly with clients for document collection, information alignment, clarifications, and technical guidance; Collaborate with Tax, Payroll, and Consulting departments to ensure data integration and accounting consistency; Propose improvements, standardizations, and optimizations to internal and external processes; Support internal reviews aimed at reducing rework and enhancing delivery quality.
