Main Responsibilities * Lead and develop the operational team; * Oversee receiving, sorting, dispatching, and loading of goods; * Ensure achievement of operational targets, quality, and productivity; * Monitor performance indicators and support continuous process improvement; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements * Experience in logistics and team leadership; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in **Logistics** or **Administration**; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
