Job Summary: Delivery Driver responsible for operating a truck, performing pickups and deliveries, verifying cargo, reporting financial transactions, and maintaining vehicle condition. Opportunities to grow, learn, and make a difference We are seeking a Delivery Driver to operate the assigned truck for customer pickup and delivery operations, in accordance with scheduled plans and operational procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the assigned vehicle to perform merchandise pickups and deliveries, ensuring cargo integrity and proper documentation. * Verify waybills, manifests, and signatures to ensure all merchandise is correctly loaded. * Record pickups and deliveries in real time, communicating status updates to the monitoring department. * Collect freight charges when requested and submit financial reports to the finance department. * Perform vehicle checklists, maintain vehicle condition, report malfunctions, and monitor maintenance activities. * Comply with traffic laws, internal regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety rules, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. * Contribute to a positive organizational climate by supporting colleagues and pursuing continuous development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Elementary education completed + Driver's License Category D **Professional Experience** * Prior experience in this role; **Specific Knowledge** * Defensive Driving – Intermediate level * MOPP (Regulations for Transport of Hazardous Goods) – Intermediate level * Driver's License – Mandatory * Route Knowledge – Intermediate level **Additional Information** Food basket; Gas allowance.
