Join our team!** We look forward to your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze CCT/CCA team performance; * Ensure compliance with procedures related to activities; * Monitor high-complexity incidents; * Monitor departmental KPIs and proactively drive continuous improvement; * Act to prevent revenue loss; * Engage the IT team in case of systemic fluctuations impacting CCT operations; * Handle rejected transactions and disputes; * Contact Cielo; * Contact the Integrator (Kapsch and Tecsidel); * Register new operators in the Kapsch and Tecsidel systems; * Conduct periodic audits on audited transactions; * Coordinate with OSAs regarding communication between Via Brasil and OSAs (e.g., list updates); * Record point-related incidents; * Respond to ombudsman emails related to the department; * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations of the department; * Daily review of the toll plaza revenue system status; monitor and track its status after weekends and holidays, coordinating with the Transaction Control Center; * Supervise toll plaza revenue collection processes on highways, guiding, if necessary, CCT Operators, Plaza Controllers, and Toll Operators; * Monitor receipt, declaration of dispatch, and return of all payment methods used at highway toll plazas, ensuring actual revenue aligns with traffic volume to identify potential operational failures or deviations in revenue process KPIs, and direct necessary actions; * Monitor cash closure reconciliation; * Monitor toll plaza consolidation processes, ensuring passing traffic corresponds to declared revenue, performing possible adjustments; * Verify financial returns against declared revenue to prevent any discrepancies arising from company-adopted payment methods; * After proper audit and reconciliation, amounts are sent to Accounting – CSC for billing registration and shareholder reporting; * Support improvement plans and monitoring of process KPIs; * Support identification of non-conformities and development of corrective and preventive actions to address actual and potential process deviations; * Understand responsibilities within the Management System concerning environmental aspects and impacts, hazards and risks associated with one’s work, compliance with the SG Policy, and the Emergency Response Plan; * Ensure physical integrity and safety of personnel, machinery, and equipment in one’s area through observation, compliance with, and dissemination of occupational health and safety norms and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (**Mandatory**); * Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (**Mandatory**); * Brazilian Driver’s License (CNH) Category “B” (**Mandatory**); * Excel – Intermediate level (**Preferred**). **Additional Information** * Meal/Voucher Allowance (iFood Benefícios); * Wellhub (Gympass); * Health Insurance (Unimed Estadual); * Free Psychological Support Platform (Starbem); * Corporate University (Construa); * Life Insurance.
