Job Summary: This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for Practical Instructors responsible for delivering theoretical and practical driving instruction and vehicle operation training. Conduct courses, lectures, and seminars related to vehicle operation THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT LEARNING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, hereby announce, through their Executive Department, the opening of registration for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process is intended to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Practical Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Candidates declining the vacancy due to shift scheduling will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** As determined by the Operational Unit's demand **Salary:** R$ 26\.35 **Unit:** AVENIDA MINISTRO GILMAR MENDESNOVO DIAMANTINO \| Diamantino MT \- 78402000 **Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and develops skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver's licenses, authorizations, and vehicle operation proficiency; also facilitates students' learning processes in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School Proof of mandatory requirements must be submitted via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Official statement of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). Traffic Instructor Training Course, recognized by the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN). Proof of mandatory requirements must be submitted via: (Valid diploma or certificate — validity up to 5 years from the date of issuance). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED COURSES:** Drivers of Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Indivisible Cargo Transport, or School Transport, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be submitted via: a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (within validity period). Valid Driver's License (CNH) Category D or E \- Minimum one (1) year holding such category. Proof of mandatory requirements must be submitted via: Copy of valid driver's license. No serious traffic violations committed in the last 60 (sixty) days and no prior CNH revocation penalty. Proof of mandatory requirements must be submitted via: Copy of the “no record” certificate issued by the State Traffic Department (DETRAN). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience delivering practical instruction for buses and/or trucks and/or tractor-trailers. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly demonstrate compliance with the minimum requirements specified herein; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be submitted via: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of duties; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly correlated to the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), clearly specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item "b" above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
