Traffic Instructor Training Course, recognized by the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN). Proof of mandatory requirements must be submitted via: (Valid diploma or certificate — validity up to 5 years from the date of issuance). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED COURSES:** Drivers of Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Indivisible Cargo Transport, or School Transport, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. No serious traffic violations committed in the last 60 (sixty) days and no prior CNH revocation penalty. Proof of mandatory requirements must be submitted via: Copy of the “no record” certificate issued by the State Traffic Department (DETRAN). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience delivering practical instruction for buses and/or trucks and/or tractor-trailers. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly demonstrate compliance with the minimum requirements specified herein; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be submitted via: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of duties; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly correlated to the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), clearly specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item "b" above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
