A construction contractor and developer seeks an Occupational Safety Engineer in Várzea Grande.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise and coordinate occupational safety and CIPA-related activities on construction sites. Implement and monitor policies, programs, and action plans in the field of occupational safety. Ensure legal compliance through documentation control and adherence to regulatory inspections. Inspect construction sites to verify compliance with regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Manage occupational risks and prevent accidents. Conduct training sessions, safety campaigns, and initiatives promoting safety culture, such as SIPAT, DDS, and integrations. Attend audits and regulatory inspections. Perform other duties related to the Occupational Safety Engineer role.
Previous experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Specialist, Occupational Safety Consultant, or Occupational Safety Technician may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience mandatory.
