Trains the sales team in Visual Merchandising MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Visual: Responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining the store's visual standardization and product exposure, creating an attractive and easy-to-navigate environment for customers. Planogram and Hotpoint Implementation: Implement product planograms and strategic highlight points (hotpoints) to optimize item exposure and facilitate the shopping experience. Seasonal Campaigns and Promotional Activities: Organize and execute seasonal campaign displays, focal points, and promotions, ensuring sales initiatives are visually appealing and standardized. Visual Communication Standardization: Ensure all store visual elements—such as promotional arrows, displays, signage, and pricing—are aligned and comply with established visual communication guidelines. Team Training: Guide and train the sales team on Visual Merchandising processes, ensuring all members understand best practices and the importance of visual presentation in the sales process. Performance Analysis: Monitor department-level sales performance and adjust displays based on results analysis, ensuring visual strategies contribute to increased sales. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY): * Prior experience in Visual Merchandising, retail, or related fields such as fashion and interior design; creativity and innovation.
