Then this **Tool Technician II** opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct technical visits at customer sites focused on monitoring the performance of rock drilling tools; * Prepare performance reports for rock drilling tools; * Monitor tool testing on equipment using test spreadsheets to verify individual product effectiveness; * Hold technical review meetings with customers regarding rock drilling tools. * Support post-sales activities and tool installation on customer equipment, monitor equipment operational performance, and track wear, improvement needs, replacements due to service life, or other equipment failures that may compromise tool quality—document all information and report findings to customers and the tools team for analysis and resolution of incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) required; * Knowledge of drilling equipment operation and associated tooling. **Additional Information** We offer a competitive benefits package including: * Health insurance; * Supplementary health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Private pension plan; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Meal voucher; * Food allowance; * Birthday day off.
