Proudly, we are part of the CITIC Group, China’s largest economic conglomerate, recognized by the market for excellence in products and technology. **Responsibilities:** Plan and coordinate industrial maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans, as well as execution with quality, safety, and within the approved budget. Manage the technical maintenance team (mechanics, electricians, electromechanical technicians, and assistants), promoting continuous development, technical training, and team engagement. Ensure operational reliability of equipment and facilities by implementing predictive maintenance practices and conducting failure analyses for continuous improvement of processes. Coordinate maintenance planning and control (PCM), guiding the development of plans, indicators, and targets, ensuring execution aligned with operational and strategic objectives. Manage the maintenance warehouse and spare parts inventory, ensuring inventory accuracy, availability of critical materials, and rational use of resources. Monitor and evaluate maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective and preventive actions to achieve excellence in equipment availability and maintenance costs. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, promoting a safety culture and adherence to internal and legal procedures. Coordinate suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and defined contractual requirements. Lead the development, updating, and auditing of maintenance technical and safety procedures—including JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and Work Permits—in collaboration with Engineering, Safety, and Operations departments. Foster continuous improvement and innovation in maintenance processes, seeking efficiency, cost reduction, and increased operational availability. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the agro-industrial sector. Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, maintenance cost).
