Responsibilities: * Conduct control and inventory of the company's fixed assets. * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Ensure the integrity and preservation of fixed assets. * Analyze and propose improvements to maintenance and asset management processes. * Participate in projects related to the company's asset expansion or modernization.
