




Job Summary: Responsible for operating various field areas, ensuring execution of manufacturing activities, equipment operation, and process control, in compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Field operations at WTP, milling, cooking, fermentation, distillery, and more. 2. Control and operation of production equipment to achieve targets. 3. Application of safety and quality procedures in all tasks. * Responsible for operating a field area (WTP – Wastewater Treatment Plant, milling, cooking, fermentation, distillery, evaporation, solid separation, or drying); * Competently perform activities across all process areas (WTP – Wastewater Treatment Plant, milling, cooking, fermentation, distillery, evaporation, solid separation, and drying); * Competently perform activities across all process areas (WTP – Wastewater Treatment Plant, milling, cooking, fermentation, distillery, evaporation, solid separation, and drying), and operate a COI; * Execute raw material handling; * Perform basic manufacturing operations in respective areas according to organizational safety and quality standards and specifications; * Operate production department equipment and machinery to ensure achievement of production targets; * Perform tasks in the operation and control section for distillery and fermentation apparatus sets; * Regulate steam valves and stabilizers of stripping columns; * Monitor and properly facilitate product movement within equipment; * Regulate steam water supply via valves; * Dose chemical products; * Analyze production tower; * Conduct inspections using electronic equipment; * Apply safety procedures for operations; * Clean and organize the workplace; * Assist leadership upon request; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment.
