**Brief Description:**
Perform initial patient reception, organize the care flow, collect basic information, and correctly direct patients to responsible departments, ensuring efficiency, humanization, and safety in care delivery.
**Responsibilities:**
· Perform initial patient reception at HOC;
· Identify the reason for seeking care;
· Collect and record basic information in the system (personal data, health insurance plans, appointment times, initial complaints);
· Classify and direct patients according to internal workflows and institutional protocols;
· Guide patients and companions regarding procedures, waiting times, and unit regulations;
· Notify nursing or medical staff of situations requiring priority or immediate attention;
· Organize queues and care flow, ensuring order and efficiency;
· Maintain confidentiality of information;
· Maintain ethical, courteous, and empathetic conduct when interacting with the public;
· Support administrative routines related to patient care.
**Experience Requirements:**
Completed high school education;
Experience in customer service (preferably in a hospital setting);
Basic computer and service system knowledge;
