




**Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate Call Center operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and service quality; * Monitor performance indicators and ensure operational goals are met; * Develop, guide, and engage the consultant team, promoting continuous improvement; * Ensure customer interactions are conducted with empathy, ethics, and sensitivity, respecting the delicate nature of the products and services offered; * Standardize processes and drive excellence in customer relationship management. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in Call Center supervision or coordination; * Skills in people management and performance indicator monitoring; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Sensitivity to interact with customers during difficult moments. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in results-oriented operations; * Experience in training and team development; * Experience in service sectors.
