Job Summary: We are seeking a generalist HR Analyst to support People Management processes, including engagement initiatives, HR programs, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to onboarding, training, and internal communication We seek an **HR Analyst** who will serve as a generalist across People Management processes, supporting initiatives focused on employee monitoring and engagement. This role will also be responsible for assisting in the execution of Human Resources programs, overseeing strategic talent groups such as trainees, interns, and apprentices, and contributing to onboarding activities, training, internal communication, performance metrics, and continuous process improvements within the department. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience in Human Resources processes, including internship, apprenticeship, or trainee programs; * Strong organizational skills, comfort working with controls, metrics, and information management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of learning and training initiatives will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** **We offer the following benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Fuel Allowance; * Wellhub.
