Job Summary: We are seeking quality control personnel to resolve line-side quality incidents, perform rework, and document defects in automotive wiring harnesses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Opportunity for contract extension and professional development We are looking for production line quality control personnel in the automotive sector, specifically in Vitoria\-Gasteiz. Main tasks include resolving quality incidents directly on the production line, using specific checklists. Responsibilities also include performing rework on Mercedes wiring harnesses—ensuring correct dimensions, relocating clips, installing missing covers, and correcting tape application. Personnel must also record information on the checklist, document defects with photographs, and support customers by providing relevant data to identify wiring harness issues. Cable condition will be monitored. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of extension and professional development. Working hours are organized in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. Annual remuneration is €20,488. * Knowledge and experience in automotive wiring harness quality inspection for automotive components * Assertiveness and sense of responsibility * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer tools * Strong communication skills * Availability to work rotating shifts.
